It's Now Officially BARRY and Tropical Storm's Path Has Shifted To The East

If you went to bed thinking this was just a Louisiana problem, you better check again.

The shift in Barry's (yes, it has a name now) path could bring tropical storm force winds and up to 8 inches of rain to the Mobile area.... even more to Mississippi.

A Tropical Storm Watch and Storm Surge Watch are now in effect to the Mississippi/Alabama line.

And already, DOUBLE RED flags are flying at local beaches; the waters are closed due to dangerous surf and high risk of rip currents.

Flooding due to heavy rain is also a hazard this weekend.

New Orleans Is Flooded And This Storm Isn't Even Named Yet!

It was a crazy morning in New Orleans, with people abandoning their cars in flooded streets... some even seen kayaking or swimming... after the storm that's developing in the Gulf dumped 7 inches of rain on the city.
