A Christian rapper just won a lawsuit that claims Katy Perry's hit song "Dark Horse" stole material from him.
A jury in Los Angeles agrees with Marcus Gray, that parts of Perry's hit are lifted from his song "Joyful Noise." The federal trial now heads into the penalty phase.
Beginning today, jurors will decide how much money may be owed to Gray, who's also known as Flame. Perry is one of several defendants in the case.
