This must have been their first time trying to cash in with a scratch off ticket in Mississippi's new lottery.
Because the first thing you learn when you go to cash in a ticket is that you have to scratch off the barcode at the bottom of the ticket. That's what they scan to see how much the ticket is worth. And you can't fake that with super glue!
These guys just tried to glue winning numbers to a losing ticket... a move that didn't even pass a visual inspection, much less the barcode and serial numbers on each ticket.
So far, they're probably the biggest losers in this lottery... agreed?
