"Falling Iguanas Possible Tonight"!
That was the National Weather Service in Miami's FORECAST!! And apparently, it's a thing.
When the temperatures get too cold in South Florida, those cold-blooded critters become immobile. And if they're in a tree at the time, they just fall out.
They're not dead, though... so part of the warning was not to pick them up.
As if.
