Making the switch to online teaching is a challenge at any level... but try teaching KINDERGARTEN that way, especially after decades in the classroom. Posting videos and other resources online is hard to learn how to do from home.
It can be really frustrating.
Carol Hendren's kindergarten class wanted to show her how much they miss her and appreciate her efforts... so they paraded past her home, waving from the windows and the sunroof, holding up signs to let her know how loved she is.
We may be social distancing, but isn't it great the ways we're finding to come together?
