The Mobile City Council today put some teeth in the Mayor's curfew... by allowing a $100 fine for violators.
There are exceptions for essential workers and in cases of a medical emergency. And NBC 15 reports one councilmember would like to consider a different curfew time for teens, after a shooting Monday night at a park in Mobile.
