The Mullet Will Fly in 2020 After All! Mullet Toss is BACK!

The Flora-Bama Interstate Mullet Toss was postponed back in April, due to the Coronavirus pandemic. But it's BACK!

Just announced, the fish will be flying across the Alabama/Florida state line on October 23rd through 25th.

Below you will find some changes to this year's event:

• NO COVER for entry into the Flora-Bama for Mullet Toss! There is a $15 fee for those who wish to toss a mullet and this will be collected at the toss ring on the beach.

• There will be one Miss Mullet Toss Bikini Contest at 3pm on Saturday, Oct. 24th in the Tent. Sign ups will being at 1pm and contest will begin at 3pm.

• Tossing of the mullet is 10am to 4pm Friday through Sunday, with kids toss at 10am and adults beginning at noon until 4pm, owners & celebrity tossers at 4pm, then winners willl be announced each day at 4:30pm.

COST TO TOSS:

It is $15 to toss a mullet and all tossers receive a t-shirt. To sign up, you will walk up to the Flora-Bama yellow tent on the beach and register to toss. Proceeds go to local charities.
