Ellen DeGeneres is calling it quits.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Ellen announced that the upcoming season 19 will be the last for her daytime talk show.
She told her staff about it yesterday; she'll discuss it on her show tomorrow with Oprah.
Ellen told The Hollywood Reporter, "When you're a creative person, you constantly need to be challenged — and as great as this show is, and as fun as it is, it's just not a challenge anymore."
The announcement follows a year of controversy, including toxic workplace claims. But the decision reportedly was years in the making.
The show debuted in 2003 and has earned 64 Daytime Emmys.
