ALABAMA DEEP SEA FISHING RODEO- Thurs 6pm- Liars Contest; Fri/Sat -Weigh Station open 10am-7pm; Sun -Weigh Station open 10am-5pm; Rodeo site, Dauphin Island

The Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo, a Project of the Mobile Jaycees, is the largest fishing tournament in the world. Founded in 1929, the fishing rodeo now attracts over 3,000 anglers and 75,000 spectators. There will be live music through the weekend, from Trotline, the Velcro Pygmies, and The Blackwater Brass Band.  CLICK HERE

SAENGER SUMMER MOVIE SERIES presents TITANIC- Sat 7pm, Pensacola Saenger Theatre

The 1997 movie directed by James Cameron, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet: a seventeen-year-old aristocrat falls in love with a kind but poor artist aboard the luxurious, ill-fated R.M.S. Titanic.

One hour prior to the movie, Alex Gartner, Executive Director of the Pensacola Children's Chorus will be performing music from the movie on the Great Saenger Pipe Organ. CLICK HERE
