I've discovered unopened Peeps in my kids' rooms long after Easter. They say they want them, and that it isn't an Easter basket without them. But they never seem to EAT them!
I didn't know that they didn't have to go to waste! There are lots of recipes online using Easter peeps (and I've even seen my neighborhood coffee shop using them on top of your favorite brew.)
This year, I'm putting them to use!
