MOBILE BAYBEARS CELEBRITY SOFTBALL GAME- Sat 4:30pm (gates open at 4), Hank Aaron Stadium

OWA OPENING WEEKEND- Opens Friday, 10am-12 midnight, Foley Beach Express, Foley

ALABAMA DEEP SEA FISHING RODEO- Fri 5am-Sun 5pm, Dauphin Island Rodeo Site

The Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo, a Project of the Mobile Jaycees, is the largest fishing tournament in the world. Founded in 1929, the fishing rodeo now attracts over 3,000 anglers and 75,000 spectators. The Rodeo kicks off with the Liar’s Conest on Thursday at 6pm at the Rodeo site.  Fishing begins Friday at 5 with the cannon blast.  Another blast closes the tournament on Sunday.  The Weigh Station is open Fri/Sat 10am-7pm and Sun 10am-5pm.  CLICK HERE
