Tiele Dockens took the photo that went viral. She calls it inspiring... seeing this dog wandering around after the hurricane, with his food. She says "if Otis can do it, we can all do it".
Truth be told, Otis is probably a bit of a looter. His owner thinks he found the food at a nearby lumber store. Otis has a history of wandering around town, where everyone knows him... and feeds him!
