Bystanders Become Rescuers During Harvey

What I love about these videos is that no one PLANNED to be a hero.  They became heroes when they saw people about to drown, right in front of them.  

CNN's Drew Griffin was reporting from Beaumont, Texas when a guy drove into a ditch filled with 10 or 12 feet of water, and his truck started floating away.  But Drew and another guy ran over and pulled him out--
