Bailey Sellers turned 21 over the weekend... and she got flowers from her Dad (which she was expecting) and a final love letter (which she wasn't expecting).
Her Dad made sure, as he was dying, that his daughter would get flowers every birthday through the 21st, but this last bouquet came with a hand-written note--
