Healthcare professionals have come up with a list of things you shouldn't touch in order to protect yourself against the flu.
Some of these, you might not have thought of....
Office Water Cooler or Coffee Pot
Liquid Soap in Restrooms
Salt and Pepper Shakers in Restaurants
Gym Equipment
Aisle Seats in Theater, Planes, etc
And a few other things that you might not come into contact with here, but will if you travel-- airplane seat pockets and food trays, subway turnstiles and ticket machines.
Best advice? WASH YOUR HANDS with soap, often. And don't touch your face with your hands.... that's giving germs an open door!
