A new study suggests just breathing can spread the flu virus.
That's right... apparently washing our hands and not touching germy surfaces is not enough to protect us.
Researchers at San Jose State University and the University of California-Berkeley say you could catch the flu just by breathing the air of an infected person. And that influenza can be detected in a person's breath.

The good news is, this is not the main way the virus spreads.
