Most of us think about stocking up on emergency supplies in June at the start of hurricane season.
But the state of Alabama wants us to stock up now, for tornado season, hurricane season... whatever comes our way.
THIS is the weekend for the Severe Weather Preparedness Sales Tax Holiday in Alabama.
Friday February 23rd through Sunday February 25th, you can save on everything from batteries to tarps to plywood and generators.

We don't know what we could be facing this year... but we do know what we need to be prepared.
And it's a lot better to have it on hand (and save $$), than to be scrambling to get supplies.
