Spoiler Alert! You'll Soon Be Able To Snooze Spoilers

You've heard the saying, "You snooze, you lose.'

Well, sometimes you WANT to lose... not the friendship, just the conversation for a while.

So a lot of us are taking advantage of the "snooze" feature, to remove friends, groups, or pages from our Newsfeeds for 30 days.

Get ready for another kind of snoozing... "keyword snooze".  Should be available by the end of the year.  It lets you snooze certain keywords, so posts containing those words don't show up.

Truthfully, I'm thinking this will be used more for politics and other divisive topics, but Facebook is throwing it out there as the solution for spoilers.

Unless, of course, you're also on Twitter... which means there's no avoiding them!!

Wait.  I just decided the FIRST keyword I'm gonna snooze--- SNAKES!  I am so sick of seeing what people found in their yard, under their bed, in the toilet... I DON'T WANNA SEE SNAKES on Facebook.

This may be a good thing after all.

In case you haven't seen the snooze feature, just click on the 3 dots and you'll see the options--

And no, I didn't snooze Uncle Henry... I just needed an example!
