We saw the saga of Toffee on social media Friday and it was both heartwarming and heartbreaking.
A 7 week old pup, deaf and vision-impaired, fell into a 50 foot deep crevice in Huntsville and was trapped for 30 hours.
But with the help of the Huntsville community, the pup was saved and is doing well.

How did they rescue her? With a net and sardines. Gotta love whoever came up with that idea!
#ToffeeisSaved Credit for getting this sweet puppy back to the surface goes to Paint Rock Volunteer Fire Department. They ultimately got her out with a net and some sardines, believe it or not. @waff48 pic.twitter.com/A1quwhrZGx— Lauren Scharf WAFF (@LaurenScharfTV) June 30, 2018
