The listing on Zillow says "this residence is a perfect postcard of American 70's style and its special culture."
They should add that we all feel like we've been in that home, went to school with the kids in that home, and basically grew up in that home.
It's the Brady Bunch home. Or at least the home that was used for the exterior shots on the TV show. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on a large lot in North Hollywood... and it's selling for $1,885,000. They tried to sell it 10 years ago for $2 million, but eventually took the listing down.
Now we're hearing that it could be torn down if the right buyer doesn't come along. (Anyone else with a mental image of Greg and Marcia organizing a protest in their tie-dye shirts and bell bottoms?)
Of course, if you buy the home, you'll notice a lot of people stopping and staring and taking pictures. Reportedly, it's the second most-photographed home in the U.S., after the White House.
