Gisele Bundchen Opens Up About Panic Attacks

“Things can be looking perfect on the outside, but you have no idea what’s really going on.”

On the outside, it looks like supermodel Gisele Bundchen has it all... incredibly beautiful with a great career in modeling... married to a superstar football player... beautiful kids.

And til now, she's been super private about what her life is like.

But with a new book coming out, Gisele opened up to People magazine about her struggles with panic attacks and even suicidal thoughts.

And even people who look perfect to us worry about their looks under the microscope of being a model. She was told her nose was too big, her eyes were too small... and she'd never be a cover model.

She also talks about changes she made in her lifestyle and her diet, to help her deal with her anxiety.

It can't be easy for her to talk about these things.  But talking about them is important, because it helps others know they're not alone in THEIR thoughts and problems.

These are issues that millions of people deal with every day... and there IS help.
