This is #NationalNappingDay. As if we had a choice! We're all falling asleep at our desks (hopefully NOT behind the wheel, though there are studies that show increases in wrecks on the Monday after the start of Daylight Saving Time.)
So here's a counterintuitive bit of advice-- drink a cup of coffee and take a 20 minute nap. You'll wake up more refreshed and energized.
Why? Because it takes coffee about 15 to 20 minutes to take effect. It hits about the same time your nap alarm goes off.
