One of my favorite comfort foods is now available at Chick-fil-A... macaroni & cheese!
According to Chick-Fil-A, it's the real deal-- "a classic macaroni and cheese recipe, featuring a special blend of cheeses including cheddar, parmesan and Romano. It is baked in restaurant each day."
The company tested their mac & cheese in 5 markets and they say it passed with flying colors.
Oh, and if I happen to show up at the family gathering with a big dish of mac & cheese, you'll know where it came from: “Mac & Cheese is also available on our catering menu as a quick pick-up for a larger gathering. It has a delicious, homemade taste!”
Not everyone on Twitter is excited about it... but it's more about the company and its politics/policies than about the food. Those who already like Chick-fil-A seem to be excited.
Mac & Cheese isn't the only thing new at Chick-fil-A, but Frosted Caramel Coffee is only available for a limited time (until Nov 9th).
It's the Ice Dream, plus cold-brew coffee and caramel syrup.
And it's calling my name....
