Jags Football Fan Day is Saturday

It's almost college football season! And this weekend, your South Alabama Jags football team will host its annual Football Fan Day at the new on-campus training facility, in the shadow of Hancock Whitney Stadium.

This will be a great opportunity to see the new stadium taking shape, and the progress is really exciting to see. You might not have seen the Jaguar Training Facility yet either, but you'll get a chance to train there yourself during Fan Day. The Jags will be conducting some family friendly drills during the event, and you can experience some of what the players do in practice -- without breaking a sweat.

Plus, the entire family will enjoy a chance to meet players, get autographs, and take a selfie with Coach Steve Campbell. It's a lot of fun, and if you're not already hyped for football season, you soon will be.

Get there early, because Fan Day always gets a great turnout. And it's absolutely FREE!

The best way to get to the Jaguar Training Facility is by going to Hillcrest and Old Shell, and heading north onto campus from Old Shell. The Training Facility is so new that it's not listed on Google Maps! But you can find it by searching "South Alabama Intramural Fields."

See you this Saturday (8/17) from 3PM-5PM.
