A Little Heat Helps The Heart!

Chili peppers could be good for your heart health.

A new study published this week in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology finds that eating peppers on a regular basis can lower the risk of death from heart disease and stroke.

Eating peppers at least four times a week cut the risk of a heart attack death by 40 percent.

That's a lot of peppers. And no word on what this does to your stomach...

This news comes about a week after another study showed that baby aspirin does NOT help your heart... and may do more harm than good.

Personally, I'd rather have hot sauce than aspirin any day.
