Our country isn't the only place where a politician has to eat his words. These, at least, are rather tasty.
While visiting with some school kids, the President of Iceland was asked all kinds of questions... about his socks, his favorite soccer team... and his opinion of pineapple on pizza.
He said he's fundamentally opposed to pineapple on pizza and would ban it, if he could. And thus, the controversy began-
He has now updated his stance, on his Facebook page, in both Icelandic and English, to make sure he's understood.
And while I'm not crazy about pineapple on pizza... I'm really not crazy about fish on pizza. But to each his own. All of this is making me hungry.....
