And is it me, or are we seeing more of these mugshots with smiling, happy, goofy kids?? I can only imagine their parents are NOT smiling, especially when they see these---
BTW, the NWF Daily News compiled a list of theTop 10 colleges and high schools with underage drinking arrests this year. Topping the list for colleges: University of South Carolina, University of Alababma and Auburn. The high school list includes schools in Huntsville and Montgomery.
