The first forecast for hurricane season... calling for fewer storms than last year---
And while my initial reaction is always YAY! when I see a forecast for fewer storms, this article is quick to point out that there's no correlation between the NUMBER of storms and how many actually make LANDFALL.
It just takes one... so be prepared. Hurricane season starts June 1st.
