Just Say NO To Cookie Dough!

There are some warnings we respond to immediately.  But a lot of people are balking at this one.  Why? Because cookie dough tastes so gooood!  (See tweets below!)

By the way, it's not just the eggs that are a problem; it's also the flour.  So there's really no way around it.

And this warning isn't just for cookies... it's for ANY kind of dough or batter:

• Do not taste or eat any raw dough or batter, whether for cookies, tortillas, pizza, biscuits, pancakes, or crafts made with raw flour, such as homemade play dough or holiday ornaments.

Now, if you're looking for some GOOD news... here you go:

• Cookie dough ice cream sold in stores contains dough that has been treated to kill harmful bacteria.

So just buy cookie dough ice cream and forget about making cookies altogether!!!
