Who Wouldn't Want To Spend The Night in Blockbuster?

Want to forget 2020 ever happened? Spend a night in the 90's, at the last remaining Blockbuster store, in Bend, Oregon.

The owners are opening it up as an Airbnb to local residents for an End of Summer Sleepover, just $4 a night! (Which is what they charge for movie rentals, lol!)

They turned part of the store into a '90s living room with a NON-widescreen TV . . . VCR . . . bean bag chair . . . and pull-out couch, plus candy and snacks.

They'll also be disinfecting the whole store after each family checks out.

Who wouldn't want to spend the night in Blockbuster? I'd jump at the chance!

I remember all those nights at Blockbuster, trying to find movies that everyone in the family could agree on. Seemed like it took us hours to decide, especially if the one movie we were looking for had already been checked out. Makes you really glad we can stream movies now, doesn't it?

My son recently borrowed my keys and started laughing when he saw my Blockbuster key tag was still on the keyring.

Don't know why I kept it. Just didn't seem right to throw it away. We spent so much time in there, I guess I feel like I earned it!
