Saban: The Biggest Opponent This Year Is Going To Be The Coronavirus

In an interview with ESPN's Mike Greenberg, Saban said the biggest opponent this year is going to be the Coronavirus. Definitely not the normal pre-season talk!

In his press conference Monday, Alabama Coach Nick Saban spoke about the impact of COVID-19 on the football team and the precautions they're taking.

And while not calling anyone out, Saban talked about the need for students at the University to ALSO take precautions, if they want football this season... and just because it's the "smart thing to do"

(There were a lot of viral photos from the campus over the weekend, with big lines outside bars after Bid Day.)

Saban also talked about his personal bubble... how he doesn't fear the Coronavirus, but he's taking precautions... even to the point of not hugging his 88 year old mother. He says there are a lot of changes we all have to make in our lifestyles to stay safe.
