British World War Two veteran Captain Sir Tom Moore has died at the age of 100 after contracting the coronavirus. He was admitted to the hospital Sunday with breathing difficulties.
You remember him. He made headlines last year, raising over 40 million dollars for COVID relief by walking 100 laps around his garden, while the U.K. was in lockdown.
His family released a statement, saying "while he'd been in so many hearts for just a short time, he was an incredible man, and will stay alive in our hearts forever."
