Just when you thought Ken Jennings might be the top candidate to fill Alex Trebek's shoes... here comes a last minute fill-in who is getting a lot of fan attention!
Executive producer Mike Richards moved into the hosting slot after Jennings and fans are noticing (see below).
Of course, there are still several guest hosts lined up:
Katie Couric will start on March 8th, followed by Dr. Mehmet Oz on March 22nd, and Aaron Rodgers on April 5th. Other interim hosts include Anderson Cooper, Savannah Guthrie, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Bill Whitaker, and Mayim Bialik.
No decision on a permanent host is expected before the next season starts in September.
