Are you one of the millions of Americans waiting for their 14-hundred-dollar stimulus checks? There's a way to find out when you'll get that money.
Starting today (March 15), the IRS has an online tool that keeps track of stimulus payments. The agency says the online tracker Get My Payment will provide updates on when to expect the money.
The first wave of direct deposits hit some bank accounts this weekend. But those who bank with Chase and Wells Fargo won't have access to their 14-hundred dollar coronavirus stimulus payments until mid-week at the earliest. The two banking giants say they won't process the direct payments until Wednesday.
And as always, if you're getting a paper check, know that IRS payments sent by mail could take a few weeks.
