Wilmer Valderrama of "NCIS" and "That 70's Show" says he and his fiancee Amanda Pacheco wanted to name their baby girl something different, something unique.
Something strong.
So they named her after a Japanese female samurai.
They revealed the name in an exclusive with PEOPLE magazine: Nakano Oceana Valderrama.
The Oceana part comes from Pacheco's profession; she's a divemaster.
PEOPLE magazine unveiled the name and its meaning, not just for the baby, but also for her parents. Valderrama tells People that Japan was where he and Amanda knew they wanted to be together, where they really bonded as a couple. And this name helps commemorate that step in their relationship.
