I gotta tell you, this is hard to watch.
And I wasn't watching last night. My first clue that something was wrong was when I saw a tweet that said "I know this girl didn't just die on American Idol.'
Needless to say, that got my attention. And no, she didn't. Idol contestant Funke Lagoke fainted due to dehydration.
Lionel Richie was in the middle of his critique (and it wasn't going well or at least it didn't sound like it was), when Lagoke fainted and fell headfirst onto the stage.
Richie and Luke Bryan ran to the stage, along with crew members. Bryan said Lagoke busted her chin. Paramedics were called.
After she was carried out of the theater, Richie told Lagoke's duet partner that both would be going through.
