A lot of celebrities are encouraging Americans to get the COVID-19 vaccination, and now you can add Morgan Freeman to the list.
In a new video for The Creative Coalition and the National Blue Ribbon Task Force, the 86-year-old actor says, "I’m told that, for some reason, people trust me ... If you trust me, you’ll get the vaccine."
If you look on Twitter, that trust seems to stem from Freeman's role as God in a couple of movies ("Bruce Almighty" and "Evan Almighty").
Freeman notes his recommendation comes because he trusts science behind the shot. And on Twitter, he says he's fully vaxed and wearing a mask and social distancing.
