Netflix has been keeping us awake for years... and now they want to help us go to sleep.
Netflix is teaming up with a meditation app called Headspace for an animated series that will explore the science behind a healthy night's sleep and provide tips on how to get a better night's sleep.
It's called "Headspace Guide to Sleep" and each 15 minute episode tackles a new topic.... like insomnia, stress, sleeping pills, and whether looking at your phone in bed is all that bad.
It'll be out in two weeks.
