Some COVID-19 vaccinations are more memorable than others.
It's one thing to get the shot at a clinic or vaccination event. It's altogether something different to get a shot at Dracula's castle!
This month, visitors to Bran Castle, the 14th century castle in Romania that's believed to be the inspiration for Dracula's home in Bram Stoker's novel, can get a vaccination and a complimentary tour of a medieval torture exhibit.
It's an unusal campaign, not only to increase vaccinations, but also to boost tourism, which plummeted during the pandemic.
But before you book that flight to Romania, you need to know it's only for residents of Romania.
