A Texas woman is sounding the alarm after finding a tracking device in her purse after a night out. And her TikTok video has gone viral.
Sheridan Ellis went out to dinner with friends, to celebrate a friend's birthday. She took a purse to carry some of the decorations.
On the way home, she discovered something in her purse that wasn't hers-- a Tile. It's basically a tracking device to help you keep up with your keys, etc.
She took the battery out, so she couldn't be followed.
After she told her story, viewers wanted to know that she was safe, so she posted "I’m ok! Thanks for the concern. Found the tile before i got home."
