So a guy walks into a restaurant and leaves a $16,000 tip on a tab of less than $38. Sounds like a really nice gesture. But the internet never lets that go unpunished....
Some people have been leaving bad reviews for the Stumble Inn Bar & Grill because the tip was split among all the servers and kitchen staff, and they felt it should have gone to the server it was given to.
A couple of things to note: this is the way they handle tips there, the staff shares all tips. And the servers made the decision to include the kitchen staff as well.
