When she was 68, Carole Taylor decided she needed to try something new. And she chose karate because it was both mental and physical, which she thought would be good for someone her age.
Fast forward 15 years, and watch this 83 year old's demonstration in front of Chuck Norris at his annual United Fighting Arts Federation International Training Convention.
Carole came out wobbling like a little old lady with a cane and performed to the tune of "Little Old Lady From Pasadena."
She not only got her black belt from Chuck Norris... she got a hug too. And he told her she inspired him to resume his daily workouts!
