In honor of her 40th birthday, Meghan Markle has challenged 40 of her friends to donate 40 minutes of their time to help support women going back to work.
Melissa's in. So are Princess Eugenie, Hillary Clinton, Sarah Paulson, Gabrielle Union, Ciara, Katie Couric, and Adele.
