Minnie John of New Jersey was hiking in Utah with her family. She started feeling dizzy, so she sent the family ahead and sat on a rock.
Next thing she knew, she was on the ground with a broken nose, waking up to a familiar voice.
It took a bit for her to recognize "Modern Family" star Julie Bowen (who played Claire Dunphy on the ABC hit.)
Julie and her sister (who happens to be a doctor) got Minnie bandaged up and back to her family... and Minnie got the pics, fractured nose and all!
