Remember the "Silly Walk" sketch from Monty Python?
A new study says it's actually great exercise. Arizona State University professor Dr. Glenn Gaesser says the "silly walk" uses more than twice the energy of regular walking, and 15 minutes a day of the silly walk counts as “weekly vigorous activity."
The really surprising thing is that he actually published this in the British Medical Journal.
By the way, International Silly Walk Day is January 7th... so you have plenty of time to practice for next year!
