Birmingham TV reporter Valerie Bell thought she was covering breaking news at a lake, but as she started talking to police at the alleged crime scene, she discovered that SHE was at the center of this story.
Her boyfriend Blake Bjornson emerged from a patrol car behind her, got down on one knee, and popped the question.
