Teachers Using Beyonce's Mute Challenge To Quiet Classroom

Teachers owe a debt of gratitude to Beyonce, for helping to get their classrooms to quiet down!

It's the Mute Challenge from Beyonce’s “Renaissance World Tour." She sings the lyrics, “Look around, everybody on mute” and then Bey, her performers and everyone in the audience freezes. The idea is for the whole stadium to be silent, just for a few moments.

Some cities have done a better job than others, to be honest. But teachers are trying it with their students and several say it's helping them get the classroom silent in an instant.
