People who want to enjoy the beach and restaurants have had to contend with drunken Spring Breakers, shootings and chaos that led to a state of emergency.

No more. Now Miami Beach has new restrictions - curfews, DUI checkpoints, and arrests for drug possession and violence.

Fort Lauderdale, on the other hand, is embracing Spring Break as long as they don't destroy property, etc.
