Jags Will Host Oklahoma State on a Friday Night!

In a great sign that football season is getting closer and closer, we now have some announced times for upcoming Jags football games this season.

At least four will be televised nationally on the ESPN family of networks, including a big prime time matchup with Oklahoma State at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. That game has been moved to FRIDAY, September 8th, with a 7PM kick-off on ESPN2. The Cowboys are a preseason Top 10, so this game will be a major challenge Joey Jones' team, and we're expecting a packed stadium for that one.

In addition, the Jags will open the season at Ole Miss on Saturday, September 2nd at 6:30PM. That game will be on ESPNU.

Road games at Troy (Oct 11, 7PM) and at Georgia State (Oct 26, 6:30PM) will be televised on ESPN2 and ESPNU respectively.

One other game time has been announced, and that's South's home game against Alabama A&M. The Jags will play the Bulldogs at Ladd Stadium on Saturday, September 16th at 6PM. Television will be an ESPN3 stream.
